SHORT BIO | Amalia holds a MSc degree in Environmental & Natural Resource Economics from the University of Copenhagen. Her Master´s thesis investigated the barriers and the benefits of Climate-Smart agriculture practices in developing countries, based on a Cost-Benefit analysis. She works as research assistant at Copenhagen Business School, and she is currently involved in the H2020 “BECoop: Unlocking the community energy potential of bioenergy heating technologies” and “DRYADS: A Holistic Fire Management Ecosystem for Prevention, Detection and Restoration of Environmental Disasters” projects. She has worked in India as researcher in the “Sustainable Water Resource Management in West Bengal” project. She is interested in circular economy and climate change adaptation and mitigation. She also holds a BSc in Economics from the University of Pireaus, Greece |
