Let us know about the structure of our Business Model for our new BECoop RESCoops? How can we improve the model elements to optimise the profit for our new cases?
That's cool! One suggestion would be to split the "key partners" section in two categories, one for RESCoop members (internal) and one for external collaborators. The treatment of the two can be quite different and would help organise thoughts and planning better.
The risk section is important for the business model. Probably the risks / benefits stemming from the legal framework could be meaningful.
