A very good and comprehensive structure. An important element after the analysis of the market is to outline a marketing strategy for the RESCoop, explaining how the local community is approached and by what means (campaigns, info days, events, networking, visits, etc.) and how new members are approached! Network development and outreach is valuable for the long-term growth of such initiatives!
